From that point, it generally takes 4-7 business days for your order to arrive—depending on your location and other factors.

If you need to cancel your order, contact us before it ships. You’ll receive a full refund. After the order has shipped, you can still return it, but return shipping costs will apply.

Damages or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, let us know within 24 hours of receipt. Include your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll resolve it promptly and to your satisfaction.

Delayed Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within 9 business days, check the tracking code. If you still don’t have your package after an additional 3 days, contact us and we’ll resolve the delay right away.
