At Moderna Loft, your satisfaction is our priority. We have established a return and refund policy to ensure you are happy with your furniture. If you have questions or need assistance, please contact our customer service team at info@modernaloft.com.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. Contact our customer service team with your order details to initiate the cancellation process. We will promptly process your request and issue a full refund.

30-Day Return and Exchange Window

We stand by the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange. Items must be in pristine, as-new condition, showing no signs of use. If the return or exchange is not due to our error or a manufacturing defect, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Product Not Arrived

If your product does not arrive within the first 12 days, please allow an additional grace period of up to 7 days due to possible external factors like weather conditions or logistical delays. After a cumulative period of 19 days, we will issue a full 100% refund if your product still hasn’t arrived.

Damaged on Arrival

If your product arrives damaged, please send visual proof of the damage to our customer service team at info@modernaloft.com. After verification, you can choose to receive a replacement at no additional cost or a full refund.

Defect/Manufacturing Fault

If you discover a defect within 30 days of receiving your product, contact us for a free replacement or full refund.

Change of Mind

If you change your mind, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to return unused items in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Contact us at info@modernaloft.com to start the return process.

Exchanges

To exchange an unused product in its original packaging within 30 days of receipt, contact our support team. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Wrong Product

If you receive an incorrect item, notify us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the received item. We will promptly replace it at no additional cost or provide a full refund.

Returning an Item

To return a product, follow these steps:

  1. Policy Review: Read our Return and Refund Policy on our website for details on eligibility, timelines, and conditions.
  2. Contact Support: Email our customer service team at info@modernaloft.com or call us to initiate the return. You will receive a return ticket and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  3. Prepare Packaging: Repack the product in its original packaging, including warranty cards, manuals, accessories, and protective materials.
  4. Complete Return Form: Fill out the return form stating the reason for the return.
  5. Send the Package: Include the completed return form and RMA number in the package. Use a registered delivery service with tracking and insurance.
  6. Proof of Purchase: Attach a copy of your original receipt or printed order confirmation email.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method used for the order within 4–8 business days after receiving the returned item. Additional processing time by your bank or credit card provider may be needed before the refund appears in your account.
